Dandelion and lion’s power, spring herb and spring cure
The healing power of the plant world is Dr. Marianne Ruoff’s passion. As a specialist in general internal medicine, a specialist in traditional Chinese and European herbal medicine and a wilderness educator, she enjoys sharing her experiences and findings. In doing so, she combines the healing knowledge of science with the ancient wealth of experience of the various folk healing traditions of Europe and China. She has been working in her own practice in Bern, Switzerland, for over 20 years. She enjoys leading herbal walks and holds Lectures and seminars on the subject of medicinal plants. Her previous books on the medicinal plants dandelion and horsetail have both been awarded the German Garden Book Prize. Another book, “Eiszeitmedizin” (Ice Age Medicine), on medicinal wild plants on the edge of the ice, will be published in May.
