Become self-sufficient with edible wild plants full of vital substances

Our nati­ve wild plants are not only a vital neces­si­ty for our local wild­life, they have always ser­ved as a food source for us humans. Until a few gene­ra­ti­ons ago, self-suf­fi­ci­en­cy was still neces­sa­ry and com­ple­te­ly nor­mal.
So that's why nettles on the balcony. They are a leafy vegetable, superfood, medicinal plant, plant strengthener, pesticide and caterpillar food plant for butterflies.

Our nati­ve wild plants are not only a vital neces­si­ty for our local wild­life, they have always ser­ved as a food source for us humans. Until a few gene­ra­ti­ons ago, self-suf­fi­ci­en­cy was still neces­sa­ry and com­ple­te­ly nor­mal. Edi­ble wild plants also ended up on our pla­tes almost every day!

No won­der, becau­se edi­ble wild plants tas­te good, are full of vital sub­s­tances com­pared to cul­ti­va­ted vege­ta­bles and are a gift from Mother Natu­re.

One focus of my work this year will be to pro­vi­de inspi­ra­ti­on for the Edi­ble wild plant bal­c­o­ny be. I com­ple­ted my uni­ver­si­ty-cer­ti­fied trai­ning as a “spe­cia­list con­sul­tant for self-suf­fi­ci­en­cy with edi­ble wild plants” with wild plant expert Dr. Mar­kus Strauss.

Markus Strauss is a lecturer on self-sufficiency with edible wild plants.

You too can expe­ri­ence how easy it is to beco­me self-suf­fi­ci­ent and thus live self-suf­fi­ci­ent­ly and inde­pendent­ly from the incre­di­ble abun­dance of natu­re. This gives us inner and outer strength.
