What is the dif\u00adfe\u00adrence bet\u00adween sprouts and micro\u00adgreens, you ask?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Fine plants such as broc\u00adco\u00adli and rocket don\u2019t like being wate\u00adred from abo\u00adve and get\u00adting wet from abo\u00adve becau\u00adse they then rot easi\u00adly. That\u2019s why a set like this is prac\u00adti\u00adcal. But you can use any other con\u00adtai\u00adner such as cups, bowls or dis\u00adhes. You just have to try things out a bit and find the best way for you.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For sprouts, the seeds are soa\u00adked for around eight hours. The seeds are wate\u00adred in the mor\u00adning and evening. It\u2019s very simp\u00adle. Len\u00adtils in par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar are gre\u00adat for salads and can be used after three days. If you grow green sprouts, the advan\u00adta\u00adge is sim\u00adply that you get more bulk. If you have a jar of alfal\u00adfa sprouts, that\u2019s gre\u00adat if you like juices or smoothies. It\u2019s ama\u00adzing what you can get out of two tab\u00adles\u00adpoons of alfal\u00adfa seeds. And when you think about how litt\u00adle tho\u00adse two tab\u00adles\u00adpoons of seeds cost.
